The 8 pack includes - 2 double layered thicker breast pad sets for overnight use in HM signiture pink, 2 thinner daytime breast pad sets, 1 nude / 1 staple black to go with every outfit.

Breast milk (while amazing!) contains a lot of bacteria so proper use and care is needed for the best results.

* Breastpads need to be changed regularly depending on your milk flow
* Damp nursing pads should be thoroughly hand rinsed immediately after use under cold/warm water to remove milk proteins
* Warm machine wash on a gentle setting
* Tumble dry on medium
