No — that's exactly what Freedom Pump is for:
- Nursing: unclip one opening, feed, re-clip
- Pumping: clip pump flanges into both openings for hands-free expression

This is the most practical option for returning to work with a pumping schedule.
The cups are designed with a slightly firmer fit to hold pump flanges securely in place. If you:
- Feel fuller in the cup than usual, or
- Are experiencing nipple sensitivity
Size up one cup for a more comfortable pumping fit. The firmer cup is intentional — a loose fit won't hold the flanges in position.
