All discount codes are valid for full price items only. From time to time we have fabulous sales or promotions, the use of further discount codes are exempt. Your discount code will work again once the sale is over.
Hotmilk's Fitting Quiz will help you find the right size. Our fitting Video is another great way to make sure you have the correct fit. Still unsure? Please email your measurements and details of what stage of like you are in (no longer breastfeeding, pregnant, breastfeeding, how many months etc), and we will be happy to help.
Free shipping applies to all orders throughout the UK on orders over the value of £50! Orders for outside of the UK will have shipping costs calculated at checkout
Hotmilk gift vouchers and store credits expire 3 years from date of purchase/issue.

*Peak holiday times and other occurrences can affect delivery times.
*If express shipping option is selected and timeframe is not met due to courier delays, the cost of the express shipping will not be refunded, Hotmilk is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

There are no duties on deliveries within the UK and EU*.
Outside of the UK and EU, customs duties and charges may vary, Hotmilk is not responsible for any charges the recipient may incur.
*Under the EU's new low-value import duty (in effect since 1 July 2026), a €3.00 per product type customs duty applies to deliveries into the EU. Hotmilk covers this cost on your behalf for all EU countries, with the exception of Greece, Lithuania, Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, and Slovenia, where the recipient may be billed the €3.00 per product type fee on delivery.

UK & EU Returns
Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of delivery. You will have the option to either return for a refund or store credit
- Added Checkout+ at checkout? Your return label is on us, simply lodge your return and choose between a full refund to original payment method or store credit, free of charge.
- No Checkout+? No problem, purchase your return label, then choose between a full refund or store credit with no additional fees or restocking charges.
- Please note: the Checkout+ fee is non-refundable

We have a generous 3 month policy for finding any faults, after this time frame it's considered fair wear and tear. Please email details and photos within 3 months of purchase.
If you have technical issues or find any errors on our website please contact us with details of the error and we can fix it.
