Choosing the right maternity bra can be tricky.

Whether you are a first time mum or becoming a mother for the third time, we recommend doing a stocktake of your top drawer to ensure you are set up for success when it comes to postpartum.

It's never too early to invest in maternity lingerie. As soon as your bra becomes uncomfortable or too tight, it's time to look at your options. For a changing shape, we recommend a multi-fit option, for the first few weeks of breastfeeding, we recommend a wirefree option and from six weeks on, once your breasts have settled, you are good to go with wearing whatever you feel most comfortable in.

We recently caught up with our wonderful stockist, Marks & Spencer where we talked through our different styles and key nursing features of our lingerie.
