Please measure with a bra on. When measuring, you need to measure quite tight for your underbust measurement, and then over the bust, you measure loosely. Otherwise your result will be incorrect. Any questions, we're here to help.

My Necessity Bra Size Guides
Use the following size guides to fit our My Necessity Bra which is available in both regular cup and full cup sizes.
Sister sizing allows you to find your perfect fit. Sometimes after measuring yourself it is possible that your size may still need to be adjusted.
The following chart shows sister sizing for each bra size. All of the sister cups in the same row are the same size.
Sister sizing is like a seesaw. If you move up in the band, move down in the cup and vice versa. For example if you find that a size 34E fits well in the cup, but is too big around the band, go down to the next sister size in the row and try a 32F.

This is my fourth hot milk bra and while all are lovely, this is by far my favourite. Its very comfy and I'm wearing it as an every day bra rather than just for yoga. I haven't nursed in it yet but I'm sure it'll be great. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I bought in a size 10 DD-E and am normally a 10E. I've found the fit is very tight around the band, such that it constricts my breathing a little. I would otherwise recommend as a bra, it's so hard to find razerbacks in bigger sizes elsewhere and huge kudos to hot milk for making one, but I wish I'd sized up on the band. Also, for the bigger boobs out there the DD-E doesn't quite fit for me, wish there was just a little more material. Sizing up in the band might solve that though.

I ordered a 34 A-D. I'm normally a 32C in bras but went up to a 34D in regular bras during this last pregnancy. My little one is a month old now. This is one of my favorite bras. This is my 3rd child so I have been through a lot of nursing bras, and this is one of my favorites. I like that I can unhook the cups and step into it instead of pulling it over my head if I'm sore. I also like that it is comfortable enough to sleep in but provides enough support for me to wear in public (I'm not sure if it would be enough support for larger breasted women, though).
